1 · Your account
You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Organization owners control membership and are responsible for the lawful use of information entered by their team.
2 · Acceptable use
You may use Beni only for lawful property operations. You may not attack, scrape, overload, bypass security, introduce malicious code, resell access without permission, infringe rights, or use the service to discriminate, harass, defraud, or violate housing, privacy, employment, or consumer laws.
3 · Subscriptions & refunds
Free features have no subscription charge. Premium is billed per organization at the price shown at checkout, currently USD 9.99 monthly unless a local store price applies. If you pay through Apple or another payment service, that service manages charges and refunds. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
4 · Liability
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Xtarting a limited license to host, process, back up, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure Beni. You represent that you have authority to process tenant, property, payment, image, and document data you upload.
5 · Contact
Beni, its software, design, trademarks, documentation, and non-user content belong to Xtarting or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer intellectual property ownership.
6 · Availability and changes
We work to keep Beni reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change reduces a paid service, except when security, law, or an emergency requires faster action.
7 · Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, legal requirements, security risk, or material breach. You may stop using Beni at any time. Rights and obligations that by nature should survive, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
8 · Disclaimers and responsibility
Beni assists with records and workflows but is not legal, accounting, tax, property-management, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying records, AI responses, notices, lease terms, calculations, and legal compliance. The service is provided as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9 · Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtarting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for Beni during the twelve months before the event. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10 · Contact and updates
We may update these terms by publishing a new effective date and providing notice when changes are material. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Questions can be sent to hola@beni.homes.
